More than 300 people filled the beautiful new Grand Ballroom at the Plaza Hotel on April 17th for the Fifth Annual Authors In Kind Luncheon. The event's creator, Linda Fairstein, God's Love Board Member, lawyer, legal expert and author of the best-selling crime novel, Killer Heat, emceed the lively and very moving program.

She was joined by Richard North Patterson, author of critically acclaimed novels about contemporary power politics; Jeffrey Toobin, Emmy Award-winning CNN Senior Analyst and author of The Nine; and Lydia Bastianich, known to all from her wildly popular television show, restaurants, cookbooks (including her latest, Lidia's Italy).
